The year 2024 marked an important stage for Healthy China 2030. As healthcare becomes greener, more digital and more inclusive, AliHealth continues to embed ESG principles in its cloud infrastructure, cloud pharmacy and cloud hospital businesses.

We continue to strengthen board oversight, ESG management, disclosure, risk controls and zero-tolerance anti-corruption practices. AliHealth has been included in the Hang Seng Low Carbon Index and Hang Seng TECH Index, while its MSCI ESG rating has reached AA.

Quality remains central to our development. We are building digital quality management across the medicine lifecycle, helping merchants operate efficiently, serving diverse consumer needs and strengthening data security and privacy protection.

Responsible technology connects our business and social commitments. AI-assisted supplier risk management improves compliance, while programs for children, people with visual or hearing impairments and families facing serious illness extend access to care.
